1. TF2 beta, which is the actual game essentially, started 3 weeks ago for PC gamers.
2. Yes, it is an online multiplayer game. I assume there's no split-screen for console gamers. But that's not a bad thing...besides, this comes with FOUR other games...all of which are single player.
