PSP verses 360, which console got more out of E3

Id say RE, MGS and GT would win in a comparison vs CD2, L4D2 and halo reach....maybe not in sales, but in terms of reveals....not to mention the hardware revision.

Overall id say Splinter Cell, Mass Effect 2 even though not part of the conference, Forza, and Alan Wake vs the PSP lineup make it sort of a push...in a list form, then its just personal taste.

I'm not discounting the impact of the game I listed I'm just answering the OP with regards to 'before' and 'after'

Forza 3 for example while we knew was in the making was never officially announced much less dated.

Game officially announced for the 360 include all multiplat title as well remember, so any new 360/PS3 games being announced will also be included, this isn't Sony vs MS this is PSP vs 360, so games like the rebranded Castlevania: Lord of Shadow and MGS Rising counts for the 360, and those software combine have a bigger impact imo.

Nothing against the PSP, its revitalisation is amazing and the lineup for this year absolutely rocks! As one of those people that lined up for my original PSP, I'll be one of the first to get the latest revision.
