As for the Vitality Sensor - heart rate transmitted to the Wii, helps keep track of your heartrate as you exercise, which accurate tells you how many calories you burned off. I see that as an important part of cardio fitness.

I see it good for other things, like adrenaline detection, fear etc. Good for FPS games, horror games...

I see what you are saying but I don't think games should tell me how I feel, they should try to influence the way I feel.

I happen to agree with your point, as Im discussing emotions in the Natal system with someone else in another thread. Emotions shouldnt be involved, but skill should prevail.  That said, what I was saying is the Vitality Sensor picks up your heartrate. Ever been scared really good? Or really pissed off? Your heartrate changes. If the VS picks up on that, it could in turn change the direction of the game, learn what makes you scared, and implement more of that to an "on the fly " gaming script....

I should shut up, Im giving away some awesome ideas here. I should be banking on these instead

Is anyone else thinking Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem? Imagine the sanity meter being based on your own heart rate!
