Anyone know what happened to Heavy Rain and the Agency?

They had too many things, so Ratchet was shown earlier, with a dev interview yesterday, and gameplay shown at the GT event. Heavy Rain was shown on GT recently, but will be shown to the press I understand. I am not sure about the Agency
