I thought all 3 were interesting. Wii Plus will obviously have the lead as Nintendo and Wii developers already have games coming, etc. plus the whole approach is central to Wii.
Sony however should be able to get some decent games, etc. out for their tech given it seemed pretty solid during the demo and the core concepts are solid.
MS looked the sexiest but in truth the furthest from really supporting games. Also, they will almost certainly have to backtrack on no controllers I suspect - even if you only hold something solid but fake. I love the concept, but right now it seems far less practical for gaming vs Nintendo & Sony approach - but I'd love to be wrong so we'll see what mad Pete, etc. can come up with to support it.
I expect Natal to get the most headlines but lag behind with adoption and games - but of course I could be wrong.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
