Yeah, the drawing minigame absolutely sucks and it's incredibly inaccurate.

M+ should help fix that.

Maybe my memory is failing me, but doesn't it use the IR function (in other words very accurate) ?

Not sure, but that's one of my least favorite minigames on RRR.
