Nintendo of America's president Reggie Fils-Aime confirmed that Retro Studios' forthcoming Wii project will not be seen at this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo, taking place most of the week at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

Retro Studios recently wrapped up work on Metroid Prime Trilogy, which will be available for Wii later this year. However, the company has been in development with at least one additional and, according to rumors, very big Wii title that it seems will remain a secret for some time longer.

IGN will be sure to ask Reggie about this development when we sit down next.
