The IGN Insider stream was a trainwreck during the Microsoft presentation, so I ended up watching the Gametrailers Gamespot stream. I didn't check the standard IGN stream, so I'm not sure how it was performing.

However, IGN had their act together by the time the EA presentation came around, and the Insider stream was smooth, good quality, and with no stalling. Not sure about the Ubisoft presentation; I missed the live stream and only watched the rebroadcast.
