I am not saying that it currently does, just saying that the only hardware to perform those actions is a camera and a mic.  Which the PS Eye has.  It would just take someone writing software for it.

Well, the camera scanned cards and brought them to life on the screens with  Eye of Judgment. I'm sure something similar could happen.
