umm i can already do that. its called my PC that outputs video over HDMI to my TV. And i have a wireless keyboard and mouse so i can browse the internet on my couch!!
I also have a pair of laptops (thought ones gettin on in years) with which i can sit on my lazy ass and surf the internet as well
