Now what's all this about a new mgs ? Excuse me but it would be pretty retarded making it exclusive to the 360 concidering that the whole fanbase is on the ps3.
Now that's just my opinion. I mean, they can do whatever, but they'd be pretty dumb if they went down that road. :p
