The problem Sony has is MS pretty much seems hell bent on one-upping them in everything.
They took away GTA, then Devil May Cry, then Tekken, then Final Fantasy, and now MGS as platform exclusives.
The 360 arguably is the better "set top box" with Netflix, now 1080p HD movies, live TV streaming, and the addition of Facebook + Twitter.
The 360 really right from day 1 has never had a lack of software releases. I think Sony fans keep kinda sitting around thinking like this drought of software on the 360 is going to happen ... but it never materializes.
This fall was supposed to be "weak" for Microsoft, yet they go out and get Left 4 Dead 2, Halo 3 ODST, Forza 3. Alan Wake looks great. They got exclusive content in Modern Warfare 2.
It's just hard to compete again. It was so much easier for Sony back when Sega was easy to school and Nintendo was shooting themselves in the foot every 2 minutes. The competition has just gotten way tougher I think.
