Weren't there alot of peopel recently shouting that Kojima doesn't do cross plat games???
If so then MGS:Rising is 360 exclusive or atleast timed exclusive with an enhanced version coming to a different platform like twin snakes and MGS2 substance.
I'd also like to point out that it's A SPIN:OFF.... relax...
