2nd time i'm sending in btw i'm kind of getting pissed but at least the customer service was excellent.
at xmas time i was trying to join the VGC secret santa but i couldn't friend anyone for some reason. I called up customer support and they told me to send it in. But since everything else worked and I had a year to send it in i've been delaying. Lately it won't read disks reliably and occasionally black screens on me which requires a restart. i'm to the point i can't play my wii reliably so i'm forced to send it in,.. but it will be missed.
