Megaton? This? Definitely not. Huge? Probably not. Pretty big? I suppose. Duke Nukem hasn't been big for a long time, though widely respected (to some extent at least).
Anyway... Shouldn't this be in General Gaming? Or wouldn't this fit equally well in PC Discussion?
