@ quickdraw, Sony never shipped it off, they never owned it. Naughty Dog did not own the IP either, I think Universal games did, who co-published it with Sony. Sony published Jak and Daxter in 2000, which is why when Sony bought Naughty Dog in 2000, who were previously a private company, they got the J & D license
