Although one is nearly finished, and the other just started, so it's not quite simultaneous. It's just being efficient, which developers like HVS are known for.

yeah I guess you're right. I guess I was just so surprised that they are producing three games in such a short interval.

They're likely a bit larger than we thought, and/or just being really efficient. They've likely worked on simultaneous games before. The fact that The Conduit is nearly done helps that.
