Halo's next game a prequel?

I don't think it has to have the Master Chief in it in order for the game to be good.  I just hope they spend the time and put a lot of polish into the final product.  As long as the game is good and has a decent enough story people will buy it on par with halo 3.

but they need to keep master chief in the game. :(

 

i am fine with them making spin off of it. without him, but if they make halo 4 without mc then i will drop the series

 

Considering the extra bit of the ending if you beat Halo 3 on Legendary, of course the Chief will the be star of the next main game.

 

But a Reach-based prequel where you play as Kelly and the gang would rock!
