What are the easiest platinum trophies to get?

If you want to have a respectful game in your trophy cabinet, go for Uncharted. It is not that easy to platinum (you have to beat it on crushing) but it is fun throughout.

Another easy one is Burnout Paradise, though that is more time consuming
