What Tom Clancy game is Alex Jone talking about in his Watchmen review?

Alex Jones play fast and loose with facts.  He said Tom Clancy wrote about flying airplanes into the WTC.  Well, it was the Capitol building.  The person doing it was Japanese in his book.

It does sound like he is bringing in Modern Warfare here, and thinks it is Tom Clancy.
