My guess would be Miyamoto since Iwata has stated that they have several games coming out in the second half of the year.

I take it to mean that a certain developer is going to be at Nintendo's and/or Microsoft's and/or Sony's briefings, not that the developer in question is a first party developer working on multiple projects.
