Remember though that they added two new campaigns for versus at the same time which people have been playing as well. I will look up achievement stats for survival when I get home tonight, but I remember them having very low completion rates, even for the easy ones.

Here are the simplest ones to get:

Survive 4 minutes on any level - 33% completion

Survive 7 minutes on any level - 23% completion

Survive 10 minutes on any level - 18% completion

Here's the most telling one:

Play The Last Stand survival level - 30% completion

That means that under 1/3 of Left 4 Dead owners have even played that survival level at least once.
