Didn't Factor 5 bite the dust. I thought they went into bancrupcy proceedings that would pretty much spell the end of their big Wii project. I think Lair was their big mistake they put way to much money and time into it and it flopped.
As for the list its missing the already announced Pikmin3, and at least from Nintendo we can expect at least one new release from one of their hardcore franchises (Donkey Kong, Mario , Zelda , StarFox) they've got to have something new to show!
