They  currently testing the battle system and map gimmick. He also said they did the light testing on the city street (in game) and also the action when player left the game character idle. He said he'd really want to show it but, please wait a bit more (lol)

He also mentioned he just played the playable version of Parasite eve the 3rd birthday, but it's still early in the development (...how many years do we have to wait again)

On the other interview, the headline says "When all 3 currently in developments Kingdom hearts are finished, maybe they would start making the 3rd one" (yep still maybe)

 

Wait, three in development?  Birth By sleep and coded are in development, 358/2 days is going to release in 3 days there... is there another Kingdom Hearts side story made by S-E?

Yep, NDS, PSP and the mobile phone

The NDS game is finished and releasing in 3 days.  The only development going on outside of that is localization.
