@twesterm, Bingo. Rockstar sells off publicity. Remember the full-frontial male nudity in GTA4: Lost and the Damned? Yeah, right on target.
You said it perfectly, and the fact that the overall mood in this thread is less than excited than some other games, namely Infamous, Mass Effect 2, Bioshock 2, etc. Means that either the GTA4 hype-train has come and gone and it's no longer important anymore. Or that this controversy they are selling us just isn't working.
It may be a bit premature to assume right now without a trailer or more information to base off of. But it looks like Rockstar may need to find a new marketing tactic.
