According to NPD, the average sale price of the X360 in the US is $270 meaning most X360 buyers are buying the higher end models, not the $200 Arcade SKU. While $270 is still cheaper than the $400 price tag of the PS3, it should be understood the X360 is not half the price of the PS3 with regard to actual retail sales.
