it's either dating sim/visual novel or mecha fighting game - i don't think it will be released outside japan since there wasn't single evangelion game released outside japan and if there was a lot of anime games released in EU/US on gba/ps2 and not a single one was NGE game than i doubt this one will be(there's like 5-6 Evangelion games on psp and we won't see any of them outside japan).
