That seriously affected you? It's a game. It doesn't have a message; it's there purely to entertain.

The problem I have with voice work is that it never gets localised to Europe and I don't like the American accent (no offence, it just don't like the sound). So any game with voice acting I tend not to like (e.g. contributed to my dislike of Metroid Prime 3).
