I think we will get the same games, no matter which console wins. Probably there would be more from one sort than the other way around, but that wouldn't really matter because there would be enough games of every kind.
So, to answer your question, for the industry it would be best if the wii wins, because this would mean that the cheapest games to develop can be sold to the biggest userbase.
