I agree with you, and I second Ostro. and maybe Mario & Luigi's do it better than Paper Mario, because written text is minimal and the taunts alone are enough and fantastic.
it's only a pity that Mario's movement in the game is so slow, in the final "quest" (SPOILER: visiting every area again) I couldn't stand the game anymore
