I don't think his post is that crazy... he put up numbers and stating some things like prices in various regions and game offerings this year.

The "doom" language is pushing it though, still just look past that. I agree in that both are head to head with xbox 360 offered for a very low price while PS3 is still pretty high and that should make MS worry a bit. What if PS3 was offered at the same price? With this economic trouble it is a bit amazing that PS3 is selling just as good as xbox 360.

So yea, of course this is trouble for MS, they don't want their competition to be so close to their sales and with prices drops already exhausted somewhat for MS, Sony has more "tactics" to use (just a freaking price drop, not a clever thought) but Sony seems against price drops so MS can worry less for now.
