Nothing's dead or dying until Netcraft confirms it.
That being said, with the recent success of the Wii, in my mind it is CLEAR that Nintendo is poised to take over both Sony and Microsoft at any moment. Expect to see Nintendo Walkmans and Nintendo Windows 7 sometime next year. Sales figures prove it's going to happen.
