This thread is just absurd...truly absurd.
First off, the logic is proposterous. Why? because although without NA the 360 would have a tougher time true...but where is NA gonna go??? If it were to dissappear or whatever you want to call it we'd have much much bigger issues on our hand than poor 360 sales being crippled. Secondly, Twestern hit the nail on the head. You can make the same argument against ps3 with japan. Worst of all, in the current sales chart you cite, it plays to ps3's strength and 360's much greater weakness and yet ps3 is still down by 8k??? Yea...great point.
You need to worry more about microsoft ever finding a way to at least be competitive in Japan and then they'd really blow things outta the water because calling 360s' Japan situation crippling is an understatement at best.
