In God of War 1, in the realm of Hades near towards the end. So many bloody rotating blades, especially the vertical ones where if you touch a single blade even slightly you end up right back at the bottom. I love God of War but this drove me insane. I remember carefully taking the disc out and carefully placing it in its case and carefully proceeding to batter it on a table before throwing it across the room!
