PS3 will be around for a long time, much longer than 10 years. As you said in the OP, it is not power people want, it is software. In ten years PS3 will be extreamly cheap, and have more software than any other platform on the market. Yes, even more than Wii. Why? Because Sony will make this happen. Sony will do what it takes to keep the product rolling, whether it be marketing, price reductions, new features, or something else. As a company they are behind Playstation more than any other platform. Why? Because Playstation is the platform were they can sell the most software, and software makes money.
As stupid as some of the companies move may seem. They really do have some very smart people that know a lot more about the future than any of us.
Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter. Help make existence a beautiful thing.
