As I've said, the game looks good. It doesn't look as good as Killzone 2. I, and many, expected this game to look much better than Killzone 2.

As for how the game will play, there is no big secret. I know exactly how the game will play, step by step, EXACTLY. Anyone who has played Indigo and watched ANY trailer of this game knows EXACTLY what to expect. All this stuff the devs are saying, the "death works into the game" "multiple paths" stuff IS ALREADY IN INDIGO Prophecy! It is a fantastic game. Really, bro, if you do care about this game at all, you MUST go play Indigo Prophecy. It's like hyping Twilight Princess without playing Ocarina. IP is a fantastic game. It's available for the PS2 on ebay, and actually downloadable over XBLA. It is just like Heavy Rain, but probably has an even better story, and the VA is epic. 10/10 game.

Graphics really don't matter to me, fyi. However, your sig looks way better than Alan Wake PC, and the trailers for this game don't look nearly as good as your sig.

The first image in that signature is taken from in-game, from the Taxidermist demo. I'm not sure about the other two.

And the images have been resized to such a small size, that I can't see how you can compare them with Alan Wake PC, Killzone 2, Gears 2, the new trailers or anything at all. Go watch the gameplay demo of "the taxidermist" and that will make more sense to compare.

As to "look much better than Killzone 2", that's a simplistic notion. The models and animations shown in the taxidermist or lagoon fragments are certainly better than KZ2, but really you're comparing very different animals as Heavy Rain will aim for a more realistic and undrestated look, less heavy on image effects and more focused on the characters. In the end Heavy Rain will have to compete with HL2 when it comes to facial expressions, not with anything you mentioned.

So, what you're saying is that my expectations were simply too high, and indeed the game was never intended to blow everyone away graphically, but instead, I am to blame, for expecting too much?

This is just spin. Everyone with 2 eyes, who saw that trailer, but had been expecticing unbelievably graphics, and these aren't unbelievable.

It IS NOT MY FAULT, or the fault of my eyes, that these graphics aren't as good as what 99 percent of EVERYONE on this forum expected.

I'm tired of being attacked because I have an opinion. A very valid and common one, btw, and one that isn't completely biased, btw.

I mean, it's rediculious, "how can you compare xxx to xxx" it's EASY. I can compare anything, with my eyes. Anyone, not trying to damage control this, can compare technical graphics in any game, to technical graphics in this game, and tell that it DOES NOT look CGI Quality, but instead, it looks failry pixilated and average, and obviouly NOT as good as Uncharted, when it was hyped to look MUCH better than Uncharted. If you deny that it was hyped to look better than anything else...well I have no response to that. There are members of this site, with Avatars NAMED after how "great" the graphics look in this game. Closer to release, they look good, but they don't look like the best game ever.
