That´s because nobody cares much about the DS when we talk about E3. The DS had so many excelent games along the years, that new announcements are just an overkill.

Meanwhile, everybody feels that the Wii hasnt quite lived to its potential yet. Everybody still waiting something big from it.

Speak for yourself. There are still a lot of Nintendo franchises that have yet to make the leap to the DS that I was expecting by now. There are no original Fire Emblems orF-Zero (there were 3 each on the GBA).
