Can we ban confessed pirates and modders?

"Protecting the industy" sounds too much like "protecting our family values".

The only people who care about such things seem to be people in power who are (understandably) afraid of change.

Ex:
The man who doesn't want to cook food and wash dishes.
Companies who don't want to change their buisness model.
