They are, from what we can tell. NPD has shown it declining since around summer of last year. The only progress it has made is a short time in Japan where it better than the Wii (which wasn't impressive).

This is why I see BladesofGod as a crazed fanboy. He thought my idea of the PS3 selling less than the N64 crazy (how so, I will never know). That's fanboys for ya.
