Copyright infringement and stealing are not interchangeable concepts.
Copyright is government sanctioned monopoly over a expression of a idea. The Consitution only offers it as a way of promoting inovation in science and the arts. But it's not a given as a natural right like property law. Only as a incentive to create more.
Theft of property or possensions is an entirely different matter all together.
