Ghostbuster doesn't matter here, it was a publishing deal, not an exclusivity deal. Sony is pretty much sure not to release a game this big unless it's first party.

Anyway, I'm fairly certain Konami doesn't have to release Kojima's next game on several platforms (well, at least if it's MGS, not sure about some other game) as MGS4 was rather succesful. Besides, it seems Kojima doesn't like 360. Then again, Konami is probably pretty much all for even more profit... But I'm not sure how it would affect Konami and Kojima's relationship. And MGS isn't MGS without Kojima.

I guess it really depends on Konami/Kojima's expectations of MGS4's sales - if it met their expectations, the next one will be exclusive, if it failed their expectations significantly, the next one'll be multiplatform. Right now I'm slightly leaning towards PS3 exclusive but only slightly - it might just be multiplatform (which I would not like very much).

Konami already said they were going full multi-platform after MGS4, that's why Kojima is off the MGS series.
