Nintendo has Moneyz in the bank .... a lot

I was on a finance course where it was said that if a company has too much cash it can devalue its shares because investors feel the company doesn't know what to do with money or rather how to invest money. At this time where interest rates are non-existent I don't see the logic in holding on to so much cash. Surely they could invest a couple of billions in something. Real estate is at an all time low now. They could start there. Also buy up a few more studios.
