Can't say I'm surprised you would think that.
If you haven't noticed, EVERY console is pretty low right now. It's the end of May. Generally it's a slow time in gaming due to very few releases. Now it should pick up in June as the kids get out of school and it's the end of the financial quarter so releases are going to happen. Should stay a little more lively in July and then die off in August. Start to pick up in September, really pick up in October, and of course full blast for the rest of the year.
