To be honest that is actually a pretty fair list, I enjoyed Soul Caliber over Street Fighter but that's because I got to play as Yoda when I played :) and then as the apprentice on my friend's PS3.
Your pretty rounded and fair I think, of course some people will always complain.
My only qualm with the list is the racing category. I've never been a big fan of racers that try to be super realistic so perhaps my view is skewed but I think MKWii is the best racer I've played in about 10 years.
Currently dreaming of: DKC4 or Sonic the Hedgehog 4 (classic 2D platformers) for WiiWare, Smash Bros. for DSi, New Super Mario World for DSi, a Wii remake or true sequel of Final Fantasy Tactics.
One down, hopefully more awesomeness to come.
