Here's a list of third party million sellers on Wii which had a launch greater than 200k:
Guitar Hero 3 - 276k
Star Wars: The Force Unleashed - 268k
Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles - 238k
Guitar Hero: World Tour - 237k
I didn't find any other third party titles which launched above 200k. So something to consider:
No third party game on the Wii has ever sold 300k on launch week.
