Unlikely.  It's far more plausible that he's stuck staring at Tali's foxy hips.

 

The most plausible scenario is that he's in an elevator and its taking forever... Or possibly running down a hallway.

 

 

LOL thats what happens when you're playing in a realistic open world environment, with fully functional elevators. :)
