IMO they went with what Wii Fit was lacking and picked up from there. The extra stuff they include in the package will certainly motivate customers. One thing you have to wonder though. How will people like me, who bought wii fit and used it for a month react to this new software? I know I wouldn't buy it, cause I know I would leave it after a month or so. But, what about the Oprah crowd? What I do know, is that if I bought EA Active, I would still use Wii fit to keep track of my weight (I still do that, even when I don't use it to exercise any more).

Anyway, I wish good luck to EA with their new "game". It seems like they put a lot of effort into this one.
