You may want to read up just a bit. I am pretty sure what happened was that Atari Europe went down and Namco picked them up. The US versions will still be published by Atari US but the European games had no publisher. Sony picked up the publishing rights for the PS3/PSP versions and I am pretty sure the Wii and 360 European versions still have no publisher.
Would you expect Sony to also publish the Wii/360 versions too?
Atari Europe was also set to publish Tales of Vesperia in Europe as well. No word on whether or not Namco will now do it themselves but I hope they do.
