It's tough to say. I have both MoH2, and WaW. As was previously said, MoH2 has superior controls and 32 player matches, which can be really fun.
However, the overall presentation and coolness of WaW tends to pull me back to it more. And I know the question you asked was about multiplayer, but when you tire of multi, the single player game is just light years beyond MoH2.
