MS is probably worried that it sold so low, but they just need to look at the PS3 numbers and feel better about their situation.

The economy is hurting, not as many people are willing to spend $$ on a console.


You have a good point here.......but we don't live in your fantasy land where Japan doesn't exist. Like it or not, console sales matter in all regions, and in all regions, the 360 only managed to outsell the PS3 by 11,000 units, so all things considered, that should worry Microsoft.

To bigger picture, as Zucas was saying, console sales normally slow around this time of year, and when you throw in a recession, things get really ugly.
